“HoReCa sector is definitely unique in a way that it is very targeted and, I would even say, it has always been very much focused on personal relations and relationship building at industry events. At SMAKKi, we were counting on specific sales leads and this fair did its job. There were no busloads of young people there, but actual business customers with specific needs, a very mature approach and solid knowledge.”
